The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II , has toured the World Golf Museum in St Andrews, Scotland.

A golfer himself, the King who is on a tree-day official visit to Scotland, took time on Friday to visit the museum which displays over 500 years of golfing history in one of the most comprehensive collections seen anywhere in the world.

Owned and operated by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club in St Andrews, which is regarded as the worldwide “Home of Golf”, the museum documents the history of golf from Medieval times to the present.

The Asantehene also visited the Tom Morris and Tommy Morris Building where he had discussions with the management of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club.
