NPP New York Chapter set to celebrate 33rd milestone with vibrant festivities

The New York Chapter of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is set to mark its 33rd anniversary with a high-profile weekend of celebration, bringing together party stalwarts, presidential hopefuls, members of parliament, and supporters from across the globe.
Under the theme “33 Years of Devoted Service, Patriotism, and Commitment: Reigniting the Base, Rebuilding With Our Core Values in Unity,” the two-day event promises a blend of reflection, networking, and festivity, while reinforcing the chapter’s role in strengthening the party’s global base.
Festivities kick off on Saturday, August 23, 2025, with an anniversary dinner and fundraiser at the luxurious Hotel NoMa in New Rochelle, New York.
The gala, running from 7 p.m. to midnight, is expected to draw key figures in the party, offering an opportunity to share strategic insights ahead of Ghana’s next political season.
The celebrations continue on Sunday, August 24, 2025, with a Summer BBQ and Cookout at Glen Island, Picnic Area 7, also in New Rochelle.
The outdoor gathering, scheduled from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., will feature Ghanaian delicacies, music, and a vibrant atmosphere for camaraderie among party members and sympathisers.
Organisers say the milestone is not just a time to celebrate longevity but to reflect on the chapter’s significant contributions to the NPP’s growth, both at home and in the diaspora.
The rallying call, “Kukruuudu – Rebuilding to Recapture!” is expected to resonate strongly with attendees as the party gears up for future political contests.
