Race for NPP Chairmanship: John Boadu Promises to Secure Bawumia’s Presidency
Aspiring NPP National Chairman, John Boadu, has vowed to work tirelessly to secure Dr Mahamudu Bawumia’s victory in the 2028 presidential election.
The former General Secretary of the party emphasized that his support for Dr Bawumia is not mere rhetoric, but is grounded in a proven record of delivering electoral wins for the NPP. “I will ensure that Dr. Alhaji Bawumia becomes President of Ghana. This is not just talk. I did it for former President John Agyekum Kufuor, I did it for Nana Akufo-Addo, and I will do it for Dr. Bawumia,” he stated.
Experience
Citing his deep experience within the NPP and his tenure in senior leadership roles, Mr Boadu noted that he is well-positioned to mobilize grassroots support and strengthen the party’s structures ahead of the 2028 polls.
Mr Boadu’s campaign is centered on rebuilding party infrastructure, fostering unity, and positioning the NPP for a decisive victory in the next general election.
