Mohammed Kudus joins West Ham Utd

Ghana attacking midfielder Mohammed Kudus is on the verge of realizing his childhood dream to play in the English Premier League after completing a move to West Ham United.

He said this in his first interview as a West Ham player after completing a five year deal worth 38 million pounds from Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam this past weekend.

Mohammed’s transfer to West Ham ends a very interesting turn of events in the transfer window for the former Right To Dream Academy player who was connected to the likes of Brighton and Hove Albion, Chelsea and Arsenal earlier this off season.

“Been dreaming to play in a league like this since I was a kid so (I’m) just taking each day by itself and just following my dream and we are here today but it doesn’t stop here we keep writing history and we keep going” he said on the Iron Cast Podcast.

He added, “I want to play in the Premier League, but I also want to play at Club that I know I can develop. I just loved the project that was presented to me, and I think it fits well with my ambition and where I’m heading to.”

Kudus has switched jersey numbers from 20 to 14 after joining the London side; the 23 year old has four goals and an assist in three games in all competitions this season.
