I am still waiting for Mahama to congratulate me on my 2020 election victory – President Akufo-Addo

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has said his main opponent in the 2020 elections, former President John Dramani Mahama, who was the NDC presidential candidate, has refused to congratulate him on his victory in the polls.

Addressing the nation on Saturday evening ahead of Constitution Day on Sunday, January 7, 2024, the President stated, “On a lighter note, three years on, I’m waiting for my main opponent in the 2020 elections to congratulate me on my victory.”
