Salifu, Deputy Chief Staff Officer for Plans and Policy at Army Headquarters; and staff officers from Army Headquarters and Central Command Headquarters.

Peace
In his speech, Major General Onwona thanked His Majesty for his support to the Central Command which enabled the command to function effectively. “I have already been to the Central Command. His Majesty was credited for the peace witnessed within the domains of the command. I want to take this opportunity to thank Otumfuo for the help he has been giving to the military here,” he said.

He assured Otumfuo that the military would provide the necessary assistance to enhance the security of the Ashanti Region. Major General Onwona presented a customised Ghana Army plaque to Otumfuo.
