All Set For Bawumia To Speak On Africa Economic Transformation At Harvard University Today

All is set for former Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia to take the seat as keynote speaker for the 27th Annual Harvard Business School (HBS) Africa Business Conference at the Boston University in Massachusetts, USA today.

He will speak on the theme: “Beyond borders: A myth or a mandate for Africa’s progress”.

Dr Bawumia, who holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, is a respected economist with strong experience in financial and digital reforms, particularly in Ghana.
He is expected to delve into Africa’s economic transformation.

The conference
The HBS Africa Business Conference is the largest student-run African conference in the world today.
Held annually over the past 27 years, the conference hosts leaders and experts on Africa to discuss the state of and opportunities across the continent.

This year, the Conference will build on the rich heritage from the past 27 years and explore whether transcending national and international borders is a realistic and essential strategy for driving economic growth, innovation, and sustainable development across Africa.
