Bawumia, Dominican Prime Minister discuss cooperation on renewable energy

The Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, on Wednesday, held discussions with the Prime Minister of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit at the Jubilee House.

The mutually beneficial discussion between the two countries, focused on many areas, including the importance of renewable energy mix, as well as strengthening cultural, tourism, economic and diplomatic ties between Ghana and the Dominican Republic.

Dr Bawumia said to ensure effective exchanges in the areas identified, he and his guest also discussed the need to ensure an affordable, reliable and accessible aviation network between Ghana and the Dominican Republic, and between other African countries, and the Caribbean.
