All Set for NPP’s National Delegates Conference Despite Legal Challenge

All is set for tomorrow’s National Delegates Conference of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at the University of Ghana Stadium, despite an attempt by two party members to halt the event through a court injunction.
Shamsudeen Iddrisu and Boateng Kwadwo filed a motion at the Accra High Court seeking an interlocutory injunction to stop the conference, scheduled for Saturday, July 19. However, Divine Otoo Agorhom, Chairman of the Conference Accommodation Committee, confirmed that no court injunction has been served to prevent the event.
No hindrance
Mr. Agorhom assured the public that preparations are proceeding without hindrance. In an interview with Channel One Newsroom, he stated that all logistical and accommodation arrangements are firmly in place, emphasizing the committee’s commitment to ensuring a successful conference.
