You’ve served Ghana well, God will grant your wishes in the elections – Kwahuhene to NAPO

Kwahuhene, Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong II has described Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the running mate of the NPP flagbearer as a good man, and prayed that God will grant him his wishes in his political career.

Speaking when Dr Prempeh, a.k.a. NAPO called on his at his palace on Wednesday, July 31, the Omanhene said leadership is all about service. “It is Ghana’s progress that we all look for and you continue to play your part excellently,” he told Dr Prempeh.

Good choice
Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong said it was not for nothing that Dr Bawumia and the NPP settled on Dr Prempeh as the running mate. “The party met and decided on you as the best person to partner Dr Bawumia, and I think that you deserved that,” he stated.

He wished the running mate well and assured him that Nananom in Kwahu will continue to pray for him.

Engagements
Dr Prempeh was at the Kwahuhene’s palace as part of his engagements with traditional rulers ahead of the upcoming elections. He welcomed the wise counsel of the Omanhene.

He added: “The future of our country where there will be renewed partnership for development between the political class and traditional authority looks promising.”
