Agogohene rallies support for Bawumia-NAPO ticket

The Omanhene of Agogo Traditional Area, Nana Akuoko Sarpong, has called on Ghanaians to vote massively for the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia in the 2024 general elections.

According to Nana Sarpong, there is the need to consolidate the gains made by the current government. “Ghana is on the right path, and it’s essential to make the right decision to protect the progress,” he said.

A nephew’s pride
Nana Sarpong said Dr Opoku Prempeh is his nephew, and expressed pride in his achievements, citing his respect, commitment, and support for traditional authorities.

Tour
This visit by Dr Opoku Prempeh to the Agogo Traditional Area was part of his nationwide tour, aimed at strengthening relationships between the NPP and traditional leaders.

Partnership and Development
The running mate reiterated the party’s vision of effective partnership with traditional authorities, acknowledging their important role in development.

Dr Opoku Prempeh praised the MP for the area, Andy Appiah Kubi, and urged his retention for the constituency’s development
